“My review is based on my experience with Rachel only, as she is the only doctor I have seen there so far. I came to Rachel for help with severe tinnitus. She works with ear waxing so that is why I went to her. She was so kind, sweet, encouraging, & supportive. I was bawling my eyes out & sobbing because I could not take the constant ringing anymore & I was experiencing severe depression, anxiety, & insomnia from it. Rachel was so compassionate & patient with me. She held my hand & gave me a hug & shared with me her own experience with tinnitus. She treated me like a human being (I am not used to that when it comes to a lot of doctors.) She took a wholistic approach & told me different vitamins & supplements I could take that might help, ways I could change my diet that might help, etc. At the end she asked if she could pray for me & I started bawling again because that was exactly what I needed. She suggested the Mood Boost supplements they offer to help my mental state & I do believe it helped stabilize my emotions. I am very grateful to Rachel for helping me at a time when I needed it most. She is clearly in this to help people!!!! If you go to this practice I highly recommend seeing Rachel.
