“My review is based on my experience with Rachel only, as she is the only doctor I have seen there so far. I came to Rachel for help with severe tinnitus. She works with ear waxing so that is why I went to her. She was so kind, sweet, encouraging, & supportive. I was bawling my eyes out & sobbing because I could not take the constant ringing anymore & I was experiencing severe depression, anxiety, & insomnia from it. Rachel was so compassionate & patient with me. She held my hand & gave me a hug & shared with me her own experience with tinnitus. She treated me like a human being (I am not used to that when it comes to a lot of doctors.) She took a wholistic approach & told me different vitamins & supplements I could take that might help, ways I could change my diet that might help, etc. At the end she asked if she could pray for me & I started bawling again because that was exactly what I needed. She suggested the Mood Boost supplements they offer to help my mental state & I do believe it helped stabilize my emotions. I am very grateful to Rachel for helping me at a time when I needed it most. She is clearly in this to help people!!!! If you go to this practice I highly recommend seeing Rachel. “I contacted Melissa while searching for a massage that would include cocoa infused into the oil. Hershey is the only area I've found this but it's typically at the attractions and is quite expensive. This was also my very first professional massage EVER and I wanted it to be in a small personal settings where my needs were addressed. I reached out to Melissa about those needs and she was very informative. I scheduled. Had a little hiccup and needed to reschedule and she was more than willing to do. Her office is very warm and welcoming , she made you feel less tense getting ready. The massage was wonderful and she was informative the entire time. I have already booked another massage with her and can't wait to recommend her to more. Definitely a lot more personable and affordable than elsewhere as well.“
