Very friendly and helpful sales people. I don't know the first thing about beauty products. I came in with my son to find a gift for my wife.
We ended up at the men's section, which I didn't know they had!
So a PSA for men, Ulta has product for us as well.
The saleswoman helped me out for my wife and I brought home testers for a new cologne for myself.
I was in desperate need of a hair cut and could not get into my original hairstylist I opted to take a chance at Ulta Salon, I was scheduled with Melissa Snoey, she was very pleasant came out to greet me and to let me know it would be a bit longer. I was not sure what I wanted and gave Melissa some ideas and let her go. I was not ready for the result she did such an amazing job I was literally very emotional. Even my strongest critics (daughters) absolutely loved what she did!! Thank you Melissa you have gained a new client!!
Great variety of everything beauty but the staff is not engaging anymore. I get that sometimes you want to browse but when you want a suggestion you can't find anyone who wants to help.
