From the initial phone call to the completion of service, Capasso Pest Control could not have been better in any way. Their receptionist, Jessica, was patient and knowledgeable. She worked efficiently to communicate with their technician, Dominic, to provide a prompt and accurate arrival time. Dominic was incredibly thorough, patient, and conscientious. His knowledge of our hornet problem left us knowing that we were in capable and experienced hands. This company will absolutely be our go-to for any pest control needs in the future.
I have been using Capasso Pest services for about 5 years at both my home and business properties. They have taken care of carpenter ants, various types of bees, bed bugs, and and general pest services. They respond timely and are very competitively priced. I am always confident that the problem will be solved in the most efficient way each time they show up.
I called Capasso Pest Services today to see if they could assist my elderly in-laws with solving a mice problem. I spoke to Jessica and explained the issue (I don't live near by, I wanted to find reputable company that would not take advantage of my in laws, etc.) and I tell you, Jessica could not have been any nicer, and informative. She was extremely helpful and just based on that conversation, I made the recommendation to my wife to have her Mom call Capasso's.
I am not sure if my in laws will use them or not, but the interaction was so positive and I felt like this company was a company I would want to use if I was local.
