I adopted my cat Lily from this shelter in May. Lily has quickly become my best friend and I'm so grateful to the SPCA. This shelter has the best staff, everyone I spoke to was very informative, kind and helpful. The adoption process was not intimidating. Their cats are clearly loved and well-taken care of. Their habitat/cages are clean, and you are given lots of space to meet and play with the cats. I would absolutely recommend checking out Quakertown SPCA if you are looking to adopt a pet, or even to spend some time with cute cats.
The Bucks County SPCA was very accommodating in helping me to get to know the dog who came home with me a week ago. They answered lots of ?s and provided the medical history they had in a nice package with info re the microchip, training available, tips for introducing the new dog to their new environment, etc. A big bag of food came with her, too! I emailed a msg to let them know how she and I are doing and their followup was great. I highly recommend going to the Quakertown PA Bucks County SPCA for your next rescue.
