Boretech customer service is top notch. I recently purchased a new Vudoo Gun works rifle and ordered a bore guide and cleaning rod as well as some other cleaning supplies from Boretech. Before fulfilling my order and unsolicited, Boretech customer service reached out to me and let me know that the rod size I ordered may not be long enough for the rifle. They went out of their way to look up the specs to my rifle and let me know that in fact the rod I ordered would not be long enough and corrected my order before shipping it out.
