Excellent transaction from scheduling to the service work being performed. The office scheduler is very customer service oriented and worked with me so I would be home on the day of the service call. The 2 technicians that came out to do the work were very friendly and very professional.Im very satisfied and this is the 2nd year that I had them come to service my gas fireplace. A+A+

We had a rather unique condition - a bird was attempting to nest in our exterior vent and by some quirk the nesting materials found there way into the fireplace. The FireTec guys cleared and thoroughly cleaned the interior, checked control features, etc., and the exterior vent but couldn't ensure the vent was clear because the correct size rod was not available. They wouldn't test-operate the fireplace until they're sure the vent is clear and will return to complete the service with the proper rod. Kudos to FireTec!!!
PS...At some point the bird also found the interior but was deft enough to escape upon urging!!!
