FireTec is a top notch company. Their communication is stellar. Jessica was very accommodating with our scheduling and sent timely reminders and updates. We had our Enviro EX32 fireplace insert repaired. Dean and Ron were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They did the repairs in a timely fashion and did a thorough cleanup. This is our first experience with FireTec and we highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for all our future services. Thank you!
The FireTec installers/technicians have all been professional, polite and efficient--and their work has been exemplary. However, the coal basket we had installed is disappointing--poor design, cheap materials, and not much authenticity. FireTec is a great company but they need to find a new (better) supplier for these smaller units.
This was our first time with Fire Tec. They are well worth the wait. Jacob and Ron were MOST professional, courteous and thorough. Even the owner, Justin, popped in to see how our inspection went. This Co. is the cream of the crop. They provide state of the art inspections; explaining each detail as they progress. Outstanding. We most certainly will only use Fire Tec for our future inspections and upgrades. 💯% Recommend!
