Transcend yoga is a great place to go for a first yoga experience. There is no judgement and Jillian is very patient. I just signed up for more classes!
Laughter Yoga: fun and relaxing. Jillian kept it simple with elements of yoga and lots of yucks. I’d recommend it to anyone!
