Not sure how to word this, It was refreshing to be seen there the entire staff is so friendly. I felt listened to and not rushed my Dr was very explanatory about my medications and possible side effects etc.As an Auto Immune Disease Patient I'm always treated like I'm alot to deal with but she made me feel like a normal person.

I called today to see if you accept my insurance. I spoke to Marla and she was so helpful and a joy to talk to. She took the time to check my insurance and got me an appointment with a family doctor too. I’m glad the world still has some good people who care.

Dr. Michaela Ortiz is the best! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. She took the time to get to know me and listened to what I had to say. Five stars!
