Long story short, I had a ‘dental emergency’ and when I called the office, I found out my Dentist recently retired. I’ve been going there for 30+ years. The other Dentist in the practice working that week was booked solid, but they worked with me to get me in after some back and forth conversations. I understand how complicated that can be as I’ve worked in a doctors office. They were so nice. Even when I got there, the girl came in and said Hi I’m the one that you were talking to glad we could help and thanked me for being understanding.
