I felt comfortable choosing this company because of the great reviews and they were right! There were too many problems with my vents for me to get them cleaned, but Harold was upfront about the issues and gave me advice on how to handle it. I asked if he had time to clean my carpets instead and he cheerfully pivoted to that task and did an amazing job. You better believe I'm recommending him to everyone I know!
