Dr Shade is wonderful! Exams with her are more comprehensive than I've ever had elsewhere and she is the only doctor who has ever successfully dilated my eyes...and without traumatizing me! Will keep going back to see her. Staff is friendly and has a great sense of humor too!
I absolutely love coming to Dr Shade's office. As a former patient of Dr Rawdin, (who I absolutely loved dealing with) I was hesitant to change. After giving Dr. Shade a fair chance, I've found her to be incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She knows her craft and communicates well with her patients, Although she probably wouldn't want me saying this, I ripped one of my contacts (it happened to be my last one) while the office was on vacation. She personally went into the office and found one of my exact lenses and got it to me that day! This was while she was on vacation! I don't know any other Dr that would have done that for a patient. She explains everything thoroughly. (Plus she's got a great sense of humor) Stephanie goes out of her way to make sure I have what I need concerning contact lens needs.She always has a smile on her face and treats me well. Their optical products are of highest quality. You see many ads on TV for 2 pair of glasses for $89.00. You get what you pay for. You won't find cheap inferior glasses at Shade Eyecare. No, she did not pay me to write this, they are just really nice helpful group of caring professionals. They aren't a Pearle Vision or VisionWorks, just a hardworking Dr trying to make an honest living. I'm a permanent patient of Dr Shade and her staff
We Love Shade Eyecare!! Dr. Shade is knowledgeable and super thorough!! I trust her entirely with our eyes - retinal issues and all!! The entire staff is not only friendly, but great at what they do!! I look forward to our visits there :)
