Pottsgrove Animal Hospital is the best. I love that it is small and private. The staff is so kind, personable and attentive. They know Izzy by name every time we come in and it just makes us feel at home and we know that they care. Izzy is a little anxious but the doc and staff always do a great job with her and make her feel comfortable. They go over everything they are doing in an appointment and they listen to our concerns. I honestly just love the whole staff. Prices are great too.
A couple months ago we had to put our dog Tyson down because of his age. Everyone wanted $600 plus but their price was almost half of that. They made the whole process so much better because they were super sweet & respectful, we didn’t feel rushed they told us we could take whatever time we needed to say our goodbyes. They treated us like family! I will forever praise you guys! You guys took time out of your day to send us a card in the mail saying how sorry you were & everyone signed it that was so special to me because you guys didn’t have to go that. Let me give you the experience!
You'll walk in, and you'll be most likely greeted by a smiling, welcoming face. The nurse is there are not only welcoming, but incredibly personable. They enjoy their job. And you can tell.
And then you'll be greeted by PJ, the sweetest cat in the world! He's the welcoming committee (or the boss? TBD! lol)
The nurse that worked with my scared, albeit spiky, kitty was incredibly patient. I warned her about my cat's tendency to freak out around new people, and she didn't even sweat it....read full review
