I was a first time customer and was very pleased with the service but also felt very welcomed by the staff. The salon had good energy and my nail tech was Andy who is super friendly and extremely talented! I got an acrylic refill as a walk-in and they took me immediately. Thank you Optima!

I have been going to Optima for 5+ years. It’s my favorite and best in the area… and I have tried them all! The liquid gel manicures are amazing and I highly recommend. I used to do dip and acrylics and this is by far superior. The team there is super friendly and Andy and Lea are the best. They customize to whatever you want. Bonus- a free beverage is now included w service!

I love ten because he speaks good English and I can communicate with him as to what I want done. He is respectful and nice to talk to. He is nu.ber 1 in my book. I will be booking with him again!!!!
