Had a great experience with obedience lessons at A+ obedience. I can now confidently walk my dog on a leash at local parks without him, dragging me around and without him, barking at every person who walks by. My dog now listens to me when I give him command commands, and our life has truly improved having an obedient pup. Training has also helped make our human animal bond stronger.
After adopting a golden retriever puppy I knew I needed some training for both her and myself. Alison is the best trainer I've been to and my girl has responded so well to the training and daycare. Prior to coming to K-9 cottage, I had used another trainer and had my dog at another local daycare where she picked up on some terrible habits at a young age. A lot of people when they are training don't realize that it is all about the time that you put in with your dog, and Alison's program and flexibility to understand your personal life made it so we were able to find a training schedule that fit our life. While my golden one year old is still a crazy puppy sometimes, she has become such a great dog thanks to Alison and is finding her place in the daycare pack. I would recommend this training program 100% to anyone looking to improve their dog as well as themselves as an owner! 🐾
I highly recommend A+ Obedience. Alison’s many years as a dog trainer is evident in knowing what each individual dog needs to be successful. My dog Dixie and I took her training class and we learned so much. I was impressed that she takes her time with the lessons and doesn't move on until she feels all participants are ready to do so. Dixie has made so much progress and I've become a better dog parent because of our training with Alison. Even after the training, Alison is always available for any questions you might have. If you're looking for a dog trainer, Alison and A+ Obedience is the place to go!
