I've been going to this company for 3 years. The prices are fair & the staff are always polite & helpful. This year I was very close to the filling deadline because of my low income from being unemployed. However once I got the money I contacted James immediately & he was willing to squeeze me in. Not only did he squeeze me but it was on a day they were supposed to be closed. He didn't rush me either, he gave me time to find documents, even call my family to ask questions for information. Loyal customer or not, i don't know any company that would come in on their day off just to help someone. James & A1 tax staff truly care about their clients!
