I recently hired Borty's Tree Service to handle some tree trimming and removal on my property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and customer service stood out. On the other hand, I had a much less pleasant experience with Jessen Tree Service. I initially reached out to them for an estimate, but they were late for the appointment and seemed uninterested in providing any real guidance about my trees. When they finally gave me a quote, it was unclear and far more expensive than Borty's. I also had trouble getting in touch with them afterward to ask a few follow-up questions.
In short, Borty's Tree Service exceeded all expectations, while Jessen Tree Service left a lot to be desired. If you want reliable, professional service, go with Borty's—you won't regret it!
