“I can't thank Brad enough for his work. While going to install a $40 universal bidet, the cheap CPVC piping coming into the house snapped causing a water leak. After cutting the water off, I called Roto Rooter and Losch Services both for emergency service. Roto Rooters call taker said I would get a call back. Losch never answered and was left a voicemail. At the time of this review it's been 5 hours and neither one called. So much for both of them offering 24/7 emergency service for commercial and residential customers, right?
After calling both of them I saw great reviews for Hardy Plumbing and called. I got a call back from Brad very quickly. He made a quick 30 minute response after 10pm and showed up with all the right equipment and went right to work. He gave a lot of great insight, was extremely professional, and also a great guy to talk to when the job was finished. The pricing was more than fair and the service was great. I will absolutely recommend Hardy Plumbing to anyone and everyone for any job big or small. Brad shows be cares about his customers and his craft and he showed that tremendously this evening.”
