They do professional high quality work in minimal time. After cleaning out and unblocking my gutters, they even cleaned off the wooden ramp to my front door, removing all the green/black mold that had accumulated making it slippery. As a senior citizen, I appreciated them going above and beyond the call of duty to help me with that extra task that was not even part of the original job. That is courtesy and care! The gutter job required a boom lift since my roof is high. The owner supervised and directed the job himself which gave me confidence it was done right. Some contractors will leave you waiting and hanging, hoping and praying for a response and wasting your time. Not GrayMac, they deliver on their word of honor. The owner is a solid guy and father. He named his company after his boys, so he is proud of his company and it's reputation. He and his crew will do the job right and on time.
