Dr. Kelly is very through always professional, curious, pleasant, on time, as are the staff and takes the time needed. Dr. Kelly and the staff ask questions and also answer questions asked. I would definitely recommend NorthEast Eye to anyone, especially the one in the Poconos.

I moved to NEPA about 3 years ago. Two random people I met after moving here highly recommended Dr Kelly, so I made an appointment with her. She switched my most problematic eye from a soft lens to a hard lens, and my vision was extremely improved! I had tried a hard lens before, but had trouble inserting and removing it from my eye, and it was very uncomfortable. Dr Kelly provided options for improving comfort that also made the hard lens easier to insert and remove. She’s very competent and professional.
