I have known and worked with this business for almost 15 years. The same person who worked with us to buy our home worked with us to sell it. The seller's market in the area was not favorable for quite awhile. We were wise enough to stick with them, and they did not let us down. Our agent was not only skilled, she was a wonderful person to know. She was an expert in the area's real estate and was supported by others in the business who were also a privilege to work with as needed. They are as reliable and effective as can be found where they are --- and would be so anywhere.

Steer clear of renting from this firm. Deliberately deceptive, and I had to call to get my deposit returned. They are still showing old photos of the non-existent big comfy couch in the living room. We rented this house for 2 weeks in the summer of 2017 ($2,607!). Agent Jane Young sent us photos showing what looked like a blue wing chair. Turns out her photo was partial, and the "wing chair" was the living room couch - about as comfy as an upholstered church pew. Shame on this company and the owner!!! Replace the photos of Fennell home, 1126 Little Bear Run, Pocono Pines PA. (Contrary to the description the house is dark, is in dire need of lamps and the screen porch...read full review
