He told us he'd be back today to empty mouse traps. Call Center said there are no appointments available till Monday? Do yourself a favor and go with a local exterminator that actually answers their phone. Avoid 'big' companies like Terminex. Businesses that don't answer their phones directly, should be avoided, so there's no runaround with respect to communication & service.

I had broken the plastic top on one of my bait traps with the lawn mower and a technician came out to replace the top. After he left I was wondering what is going to keep it from happening again?
