Pro Nails has been there for over 30 years. Their service is exceptional and they are like family, with familiar faces. They are excellent with acrylics, gel, new sets, refills, pedicures, and nail designs, turning out amazing work from pictures. The technicians are great, very nice, and make customers feel very comfortable. A person notes that when getting more than one service, they are sometimes changed to a different technician or asked to wait a short time.
Each time I have gone there I have had great technicians the problem that I have each and every single time is I'm going for more than one service and when I go to the next service to be provided I am changed with technicians and/or I am asked to wait because the technician has a brow or a lip or something else that takes a short amount of time over my service
i have been going here on and off for about 4 years at first they were very nice and took the time but the last couple of times recently they did everything very rushed. I asked for a gel manicure and everything was going well, although the lady was on the phone the whole time. she left gel paint on my finger which i had to rip off and left paint around the edges. this was also a very poor gel manicure compared to other places, it's not thick at all the next day the gel started chipping and i had to paint over it myself with clear polish. So the reason I gave this place 3 instead of 5 stars was because I came in for a refill, pedicure and eyebrows. My previous set had NO color. It was just acrylic with a gem on top to look like my natural nails grew. Some of it was coming off so instead of taking the WHOLE nail off he went over it. I got clear and black and you can CLEARLY see the old acrylic under. He used WHITE powder so you can see the precious nail... my set wasn’t filed down so my nails don’t look smooth it looks “bumpy”.
