Kare Foot Spa & Bodywork is known for its exceptional deep tissue massages, particularly from Mike, who has earned a loyal clientele over the past decade. Reviewers highlight the therapeutic nature of the massages, which are described as healing rather than relaxing, focusing on tight muscles and pressure points. The massage experience is intense, with techniques that may feel rough but are effective in relieving muscle aches. Services include warm stones and topical treatments, enhancing the overall experience. Kare Foot Spa & Bodywork does not emphasize a spa-like ambiance but caters to those seeking strong, effective massage therapy at an affordable price. Walk-ins are welcome, making it convenient for clients.
I lost my father this week, and I walked into Kara Spa carrying more than just physical tension. My body was exhausted, and grief seemed to have settled into every muscle. What Michael gave me was nothing short of extraordinary.
I’ve had hundreds of massages all over the world, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the absolute best I’ve ever experienced. What sets Michael apart is his remarkable intuition and mastery of his craft. His approach was thoughtful, intentional, and incredibly skilled. You could… read full review

I on the other hand felt sore and almost more tense than when I came in The guy with the scrubs and the mohawk like haircut is someone my partner adores and gets great treatment from every time. I on the other hand always get the other guy who feels like he doesn't know what he's doing and faking it. I went to Kare for the first time because I had the worst neck kink and was in so much pain. Mike gave me a deep tissue massage and he was amazing!!! The deep tissue massage is nothing like a spa massage, but that's not what I was looking for. It was more healing than relaxing. He felt all my tight muscles, loosened them, and also focused on my pressure points. I will definitely go back!!
