After thorough research and consideration of multiple quotes, I opted to replace my stucco with siding, along with additional work on soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts. Choosing Glick’s for the project was based on trust and reputation, despite the higher cost, particularly for the gutters and downspouts.However, I was surprised to discover that subcontractors were used for the gutter and downspout installation. Real nice people, the office was also good at communicating between the field and customer. I run a business and I know things don’t always go to plan, I have a real problem at my house where special modifications outside of a normal installation were necessary and it was a little complicated. Sometimes we don’t get it right on the first try, they did not but they were able to maintain communication so I wasn’t getting upset and we had a plan to accomplish what was done. They had to return 3x to please the HOA, but they didn’t get upset once and neither did I. Glick's Exteriors, headed by Sam Glick, was one of six contractors whom we considered for the renovation of our 1999 stucco house. My husband and I are people who do not use a company unless we research them via previous users, and until we see a sample of their actual work. Doing both of those prior to deciding on Glick's Exteriors, we noted that the latter did the most meticulous work, exactly as the homeowner we interviewed stated, and worked cleanly and treated the project as if it was their own home.
