After shopping at multiple tile stores finally settled on Daltile in Plymouth Meeting. Gabby the sales associate was amazing. She was extremely helpful, insightful, and knowledgeable of all tile. I went to this store and was informed it was not a retail business. It is strictly for Trade Professionals. However, one of the sales associates did steer me in the right direction, by providing me with a retail business, which was one of their clients. This gentleman could have sent me on my way, but he was professionaI, friendly and very accommodating. I actually went to the business he suggested and made a purchase. I wish I had gotten this gentleman's name, but I thank him for making my day.
