Jon is an outstanding broker and realtor! Jon was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home buying process. We had a very big ask (relocating from out-of-state, mortgage contingency, and a tight timeline around the school year). Jon set realistic expectations given the nature of the housing market and then totally surpassed anything we could have imagined! He was there every step of the way making us feel at ease and guiding us through the entire process. We were thrilled with the final outcome and would highly recommend Jon and his team to anyone looking to buy a house in the area.

Jon and his team are the absolute best. We have worked with Jon over the past 3 years to find a new build home. He is very knowledgeable about all the builders in the area and was able to advise us on who builds a quality product and who does not. He also has construction experience, and was able to point out structurally pros and cons about each model home. He also attended all our design appointments and advised us on which components are worth spending extra on, and which are not (plus he knows a contractor for EVERYTHING).His Director of Operations Madeline is also incredibly organized and gave us a spreadsheet of our construction timeline and reminded us of key dates....read full review
