R G Cook Plumbing & Heating came over to fix a blocked pipe and were very nice, reasonably priced, and did good work. They were very prompt, cleaned up the area, and explained the details of the method. He was very professional with an excellent work ethic, and pleased with the hot water tank installation. This master-certified plumber fixed work done incorrectly and handled a dishwasher leak, arriving promptly, wearing masks, and guiding next steps. The bill was surprisingly affordable. Highly recommended for simple fixes or major work.
RG Cook Plumbing and heating came over yesterday to fix a blocked pipe in the basement. They were very nice, reasonably priced and did good work. They were very prompt (they came the next day after I called them) and cleaned up the area after finishing the job. They explained the details of the method they were going to use and offered suggestions to make it so that the garbage disposal doesn't leak out under the sink the next time it is backed up. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again.
We were very fortunate to have found this master-certified plumber. We contacted him originally to fix work done incorrectly. Yesterday, we contacted him again when our floor was bubbling from a dishwasher leak that went unnoticed for a time. He and his apprentice arrived promptly at the appointed time, wore masks the entire time, did the necessary work and also guided us to the next steps. When we were presented with the bill, we were surprised at its affordability. I recommend this company very highly - whether it is for a simple fix or major work.
Chuck is great. I feel he is fair and very reliable. Returns calls quickly and I feel he is up front and honest. He installed a hot water tank that was needed , quickly and professionally. Has found leaks and repaired them. I would highly recommend him.
