I moved into my house in 2011. Peter Arnold did a great job. He built a lovely house which is extremely energy efficient with geo- thermal HVAC system and insulated very well.The house also received a great Energy Star rating and we qualified for rebates relating to energy efficiency and insulation. Peter addressed all of our questions and answered them all. He is diligent and has an eye to detail.Peter told us after we moved in, if there were any issues to contact him and he would resolve them. Arnold Homes built me the house I wanted. In addition the house that Arnold Homes built for me is the most energy efficient. Four and a 1/2 stars efficient. The Geothermal and insulation that Arnold homes recommended will pay for itself in no time in saved energy. No oil to buy for heat! I highly recommend Arnold Homes to anyone looking for a beautiful, and, energy efficient home! I am extremely happy and satisfied.
