I have never been in a more welcoming gym in my life. Members from all ages and just a great community feeling. They had me at belt squat, but I honestly know I never will find a better equipped gym
Very clean, friendly, welcoming environment. Love that they have a basketball court, sauna, steam room & soooo much more. I recommend this gym for everyone.. wether your a beginner or not. Worth every penny... can't go wrong with this gym.!
I returned to Plains to assist my mother after surgery and needed a place to keep up my exercise routine during my 2 week stay. I purchased a two week pass and was absolutely delighted with the quality and number of offerings this gym provided. The morning spin instructors are the best! People at the gym were friendly and welcoming. If I lived in the area, this would be my go to stop! But, when I visit, I will get in there for a class or two!
