This company honestly isn’t shit without two main people. One of them being a security guard named Anna. She is very helpful and always helping out and trying to make every truckers life easy as possible. She’s always clear with the directions and always makes sure you know what to do once you get here for pickup or delivery. The second person is the check in clerk inside the office named Kim. Kim will have you checked in and out in no time and is also always so kind and always on top of her job. It’s very easy and simple to follow their rules. Excellent facility...had 1000pm delivery...park in lot before the guard shack...walk to guard shack check-in there then walk to door 9 for the office...fill out proper check-in sheet...you will get a door...slide tandems...wait for a phone call...I was gone by 1120pm... read full review

Quick in & out after Thanksgiving. No Overnight parking-security will send you to the Pilot/TA. Onsite parking for checking in 15-30 minutes b4 appt time. There are seperate outgoing/incoming forms to fill out once inside bldg. Everyone was nice-signs posted everywhere too. Tandems must slide, clean trailer.
