We found a water stain on our ceiling after a rainstorm. NE Window came to inspect in a timely manner, and luckily, we just needed a boot on our roof replaced. They also suggested replacing another one while the job was being done, so I appreciated the suggestion to prevent this from happening again. We were satisfied with the service and would highly recommend NE Window.
I had a double door with side panels installed. Door is beautiful and installation was very professional. Door was expensive but that seems to be the norm for everything these days.
I am happy with the work that Northeast Window performed on my six replacement windows. The installer was a good problem solver who encountered some unexpected details that he remedied. Weather caused some delays but the work was completed in a professional competent manner. The installer communicated very well and kept me informed as the work progressed. I am quite satisfied with the way the new windows look and perform. They are a huge improvement over my previous windows.
