Very rude worker who basically threatened to have my water shut off because I don't want a smart meter. Just doing his job, he said. I told him to come back after he's changed everyone else's out. There is a bill in the legislature to allow opt out of intrusive metering, so don't allow anyone to change your meter if you don't want it, until this is voted on. One other thing, after he went to our neighbors house , I saw him speeding down the road. Kentrel needs to remind their employees to obey speed limit laws.

They rang my doorbell, but I didn't answer because I did not hire them. They went to the side of my house and did something to the gas meter and then left. I could hear them tinkering with it.

Our water company contracted with Kentrel to replace our water meter. They showed up on time within the scheduled window. They were friendly, polite, & professional. They completed the work quickly.
