The Salon at Ulta Beauty provides a variety of services, from haircuts and color to brow waxing and lash extensions. Knowledgeable and friendly staff provide excellent customer service. Staff are attentive and collaborative, thoroughly explaining services and walking customers through the store to help them find everything. They are extremely friendly and take extra care, providing a relaxing and great experience that relieves a lot of stress.
Stopped in after a canceled concert and ended up having a genuinely great experience. John Paul helped me out and was knowledgeable without being pushy, just straightforward and easy to talk to. It felt more like getting advice from a friend than dealing with a sales associate.
Another blonde associate checked in briefly as well, which was a nice touch without being overbearing. The whole store had that same energy.
Left with a Prada fragrance and a few extras from Kopari and The Ordinary that I wouldn’t have picked on my own, but ended up really liking. Solid experience all around.

Amal saved my birthday last week in a crunch. Finding her in my panic was truly a gift. She is so talented, kind, empathic, knowledgeable, and locked in on every detail of your hair needs. I was in a rush and didn’t get a good photo of my hair only, but I promise it was on lock. Book with this talented, wonderful, angel of a woman.

Your average Ulta Store. It is more stocked than the other 2 around the area. Not one employee in sight for help. But that's just the way it is lately in all retail. The app tells you pretty much anything you need to know about the in stock products.
