Scott Carlin was the best loan officer I’ve worked with. He was always responsive and worked tirelessly on getting me the best rate possible. The only time that I wasted was shopping other lenders. Thanks again Scott!

Scott Carlin was absolutely the best to work with. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and we were referred to contact Scott. From the initial phone call we knew he was the best. We used no realtors to buy and had no clue what we were doing. Scott was quick to respond to any and all questions we had and he did not stop until we got to close on our house. He still check in to this day after everything was said and done. If I still have any questions, I know I can go to him. Do yourself a favor and use Scott and Red Tree Mortgage for all of your home buying needs. I can confidently say that if we didn't use Scott, we would not have the home we fell in love with.
