We began using Home Instead Senior Care in September 2019. My dad is in his late 80's and lives alone. I had been helping him over the years, but it was getting to be too much. They came in, did an assessment and matched him with a caregiver, who is still with him today. They help him with the everyday chores, cleaning, laundry, meals, errands and keep him company. They have added structure to his days and have given him a reason to get out of bed. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for this type of service.
Our family has been using Home Instead for nearly 3 years now for my elderly parents that live in the North Hills. Their care is comprehensive, compassionate, and very reliable. The communication between our caregiver as well as administration has been an easy road to navigate. I have been particularly impressed with their attention to detail during this time of crisis in the community especially with elderly guidelines. Great Place to Work! I have been with Home Instead's North Hills Office for 13 years, and enjoy the working with office staff,who are caring and available for the CAREGivers. The CAREGivers we work with have gone through orientation and been trained, but they have more than skills, they have kindness, loyalty and a desire to really care for our Client's physical and emotional needs.
