Absolutely love this place. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bentz for roughly about 9-10 years since high school for sports-related injuries and non-sports-related issues, even through college from rugby-related back issues. I always feel great after going here, for those that are new to chiropractic treatment and looking for a chiropractor I highly recommend this place! Extremely knowledgeable and informative about what they want to do with your treatment, definitely eases one's anxiety when you're in a lot of pain, to begin with!

We really blessed to have found Dr Cook to be top notch and helpful, first person to actually help our daughter not be in pain. However the girl at the front desk was rude. And appointments were never correct. Check them to be sure. You should never wait on someone else to pay a bill when someone was there with an issue you said you would fix then have them wait. And picking up the phone and talking while a paying customer is in front of you is also very unprofessional. The regular woman wasn't there who is at least pleasant.

I absolutely love Dr. Bentz, Dr. Cook and their staff! Everyone is pleasant, kind, and attentive to my needs. I am always able to utilize the therapy machines immediately and have never waited more than five minutes to see the doctor. He spends a great deal of time with me, listening to my needs and concerns. I've never felt rushed and always leave feeling better. I cannot recommend Genesis enough!!
