Furnace went out on Sunday night, and I called Monday afternoon and was given an appointment for Tuesday. My technician Keith texted me about 10 minutes before he was due to arrive, and was just pulling up to my house as I got there. Keith was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing as he went along. He had found what was looking to be a major issue, but wasn’t completely satisfied that it was the issue. He didn’t give up and kept at it until he found the actual problem and ended up being a relatively simple issue. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and conscientious company. Keith was definitely a great tech and person to deal with.
1st time customer… Returned home from an afternoon of errands and no heat. I was deciding if I should wait to Monday or have a weekend service call. Denillo’s had a 5 star rating so I called. What a horrible time to have your air-conditioning unit stop working. I contacted them on the holiday weekend and got a response back within an hour that a technician could be at my house sometime that afternoon. I’m so happy that it was just a part that needed replaced and now everything is up and running. The technician, Dan, was very informative, thorough, friendly and professional.
