This firm was great and I was working with an account manager that was extremely helpful and always got my taxes done in a way I felt comfortable with, even though they were very expensive for a small business. My account manager left and everything went down hill. They charged an additional $500 immediately after she left and I felt like I had no choice other than to pay it since it was so close to tax time. The representative waited until the last minute to get my taxes filed and I found out there was a major deduction they did not take. I feel like I was haded off and was considered a number. The final bill ended up being substantially higher for the year than anticipated.

We do digital marketing, not accounting. Accounting is a pain when you aren't up to date on all the rules & regulations. Working with Vic was the best decision we could have made. He's helped us through the last couple of quarters as we are starting up, and is always there if we have questions. Honestly the best use of funds we could have made. It would have taken us hours away from projects to get everything right. He logs into our QuickBooks account and tells us exactly what we need to do. Highly recommend.

Vic & his team have been awesome throughout this year as we've been starting up. We had meetings towards the end of each quarter, and he let us know what we needed to pay. He walked us through the steps, and made it simple. I am glad we paid Vic to check over our books instead of spending time away from client work doing it ourselves.
