I came to this studio twice while visiting Chicago: the first because I needed some intensity, the second because I loved it so much. The staff and owner here are so friendly and accessible. I'd be a regular if I lived here (which I kinda wanna do).

6ycle classes are my favorite! From the lights, the music, and the enthusiastic instructors, you will always leave 6ycle feeling mentally and physically great! I was scared to start classes at first, because at the time I only cycled at my school, but the lighting allows you to move at your own pace and it's an overall non-judgemental environment. Single classes are a little pricey, but they offer a ton of packages and discounts when subscribed to their newsletter.

I came to 6ycle for the first time yesterday with my mom and sister and we loved it! I have been to many cycling classes in the past. I used to do Flywheel when I lived in DC and Zenergy in East Liberty a couple times, but this one is nothing like the other ones! It is more like cycling on the bottom, Zumba on top. It is difficult at first to get the movement sequences down but after the instructor goes through it a couple times you get it! They have bikes for cycling shoes as well as tennis shoes, so you want to try it out before committing to buying the shoes. The music was great. I felt like I was at the club!
