1800 flowers

Didn't get the right flowers ordered, contacted 1-800-Flowers and said it would be resent the following day. Five days later nothing, I did receive a $20 coupon but that is worthless to me at this point.

This place is a rip off. Save your money and the fees and use a local florist. It’s not that much more work. These people have screwed up my order several times to where my other half never got her flowers. I will never order from them again.

Very disappointed. I ordered these for my mother at Mother’s Day. She works at a school, despite clear instructions to go to the front office on the package her flowers were delivered to a back drop off point with dozens of other regular boxes. She had no idea I got her flowers until I called and she had to go on an Easter egg hunt to find the box.Then once she finally got the box upon opening a couple of the flowers were broken, none were blooming and it was a ‘build your own’ bouquet. ? she had to put it all together herself and there weren’t nearly as many flowers as he photo from what I ordered.
