Jim was very thorough in the initial estimate. He was honest and did not try to sell us more than what our basement needed. He was timely in his updates on the project and made sure that our expectations were met at the end of the project. His team of Bob, Sam, and Joe were respectful and if there was ever a point in my project where my preference could dictate their next move they inquired with me before acting. They laid out the pros and cons of doing it one way versus another, but they ultimately let me make the decision as the homeowner, which I appreciated.
We had water coming in multiple places. Ark was recommended to us by neighbors. We got several estimates and Ark was by far the most reasonable and responsive, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell us on everything like the other companies. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they’d do it. After the job we still had some water coming in from an unexpected spot. The office staff got us a crew very quickly after we noticed and Dave came out and went above and beyond to fix the issue.
