Outstanding overall experience and quality of work! We’re on well water and needed to correct some water quality issue, we had Chris from H2O Base out to develop a plan and associated costs.After discussing the plan with Chris we decided to go ahead with the install. To further complicate matters the utility room where the equipment was to be installed is very tight. As such, the install with Chris and Jake went flawlessly!The piping install and equipment placement looks excellent, the work was done faster than expected and consistent with the estimate. Very pleased with our water softener and RO system from H2O base. Krista has been most helpful, particularly around annual RO filter maintenance, salt deliveries, scheduling, billing, etc.

Excellent service by technician Chris and H2O Base team who installed a whole house water softener and reverse osmosis system, reviewed and explained options, reasonable price, on time and left job site very clean. Our well water quality is significantly improved.He also added a water leak detection system at my request. Totally satisfied and highly recommend!
