The annual checknup for my cat was excellent. The vet approved drugs to help my cat tolerate the experience before we arrived. The vet introduced herself first. that is important to me. Then she carefully, but gently and thoroughly examined my cat. The visit went well. They were, unfortunately, not able to draw blood as anticipated.
Dr Lovingood and his staff were very personable and very helpful. This is a small office, which is probably my favorite part. I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel financially stressed. I had my first visit with Dr. Reinhardt for my dog River. She was so good with her and explained things. I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Kwong who was also great with River. The tech Georgia was wonderful! Front desk made it easy to check in and out and were friendly.
