In April 2021 we had a sudden need to set up homecare for my mother-in-law in a very short timeframe. When I called, Pam was amazing! She took the time to explain how things worked and made us feel completely at ease about the whole process. In less than a week we were all set and had a wonderful group of caregivers matched with my mother-in-law. Jeannine, who schedules the staff, is the most patient person on the planet! She graciously and calmly took all my calls and answered any question or concern I had. Her assignment of the appropriate caregivers was spot on! Every caregiver that we had was terrific. My mother-in-law certainly had her favorites, but in the end she would always say how nice everyone was to her. Thank you to all that had a hand in taking care of our family needs!
Hone Instead is a wonderful organization to work. The staff in the office and their caregivers go above and beyond for their clients and so forth. They are there for everyone no matter what I have the pleasure of being one of those caregivers
