We had an excellent experience with Waterproofing One. Their team is honest, easy to communicate with, and works very neatly. We had mold and water in our crawl space and they went above and beyond to help us to understand the problem and come up with a plan. From the beginning, Frank was thorough and when his team found an additional plumbing issue in the crawl space that we weren’t aware of, he sent us pictures and a video to help us understand what was going on. When we got a plumber out, the problem was exactly what Frank and his crew thought, and we were able to get it all fixed without any further water damage. Highly recommend!
We had a leak in our basement bedroom creating mold. We had a couple of quotes before this one but this was by far the most in depth, accurate quote we received. Frank came out the same day to check everything out. He fully explained everything that needed to be done and gave us options for drain types to prevent it from happening again. He was very polite and respectful. Not only did we get a detailed quote he also sent a drawing to show everything. I would highly recommend this company! Hopefully we don’t have anything else happen, but if we do this is who we’ll be calling!
