I completed the 12 week functional training program to address pain in my neck and shoulder resulting from long hours at a computer and sleeping on my side. I am ecstatic to share that within 12 weeks of working with tricounty chiropractic, I went from having stabbing pain in my shoulder and lack of range of motion in my neck to being pain free and almost having full range of motion again.

My first time doing a stretch on my body mainly lower back.I was having second thoughts about it well let me tell you something. It was awesome the experience was more than I expected. Sam Hunt was very knowledgeable answered all my questions. She was amazing strong as well. Tri-country has amazing staff they all welcomed me in such a way that made feel Like at was at home if you need a chiropractor they are the ones to call and for stretch for sure Sam is the best cant wait to see her again. Call them they have great hours and the facility is very nice and clean just the way I love it !!!!!
