Dan was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely prompt. The inspection was for a 150 year old home, which can certainly be quirky and unique. His knowledge of the historical elements as well as some of the newest upgraded systems (HVAC, tankless water pump, etc.) was exceptional. He finished the inspection in the afternoon and delivered the report the next morning. We would definitely use Sunlight Inspection Services again.
