Haircut provided promptly however delayed when stylist, who was working alone, had to take a client call. Stefan was friendly and capable.
Store was visibly dirty/dusty/hairy on floors and workstation tops.

Everyone is so personable. I have been going to this location for 3 years. Rachael is our stylist. Recent visit took my teenage daughter to get color and cut. She wanted to go back to her natural color. Rachael ask her questions to understand what she wanted. My daughter was so happy with her color and cut. She was so excited to go home and FaceTime her friends to show them how great her hair looked. She loved the results.
